1. In a program (can be any), maximize it, and press the print screen button on your keyboard.
2. Go into MS paint, press control-V, and save the picture.
3. Right click on the desktop, and choose properties.
4. Click browse, and find your picture. Then click OK.
5. Click the other OK button.
6. Now, minimize your taskbar. You should see an unclickable taskbar behind it!
The program you use in the first place to get the picture must be able to minimize.
It works on ALL versions of Windows. I know, I`ve tried. -- any, Nov 4 2007 3:24PM
