This can be found on the DVD Movie Red Dwarf: Back to Earth Disc #2.
When on the menu, press and hold the Select button when the trademark sign rotates. You will now be taken to a secret video with Danny John-Jules. Danny plays both the Cat and Duane Dibbley in the British comedy series Red Dwarf.
