First you must be playing with Fox. Then you must be on the level in which you play on his ship. Go to the tail of the ship where it appears to be a rocket moving the ship. Press the left and right cursor on the pad several times. If no one atttacks you, he should call the help from his original game.
His 3 wingmen will tell hime to keep fighting!!!
