Quake1 - Dopefish Calling

1: Go through the Hard gate.
2: Turn right to the Elder World level.
3: Jump down into the water so you land on the wooden ledge.
4: Walk around the ledge and go through the passage way.
5: Shoot the skulls on the wall for the message - "The Well of Wishes Awaits in the Crypt of Decay".
6: This is a reference to the Dope fish hidden on this level.
