1. Build any fireplace.
2. Buy a Christmas tree.
3. Buy a plate of cookies (available from thesims.com)
4. Make sure all family members are asleep by around 9 pm.
5. Santa Claus will visit your Sim's house! :)

The Christmas tree might only be available with an expansion pack.
