Windows 98 - Microsoft Developer Credits

1: Go to C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Welcome
2: in Windows Explorer (change Windows to your Windows folder)
3: Once there, right-click on weldata.exe (the program with the Windows logo as its icon) and choose Create Shortcut.
4: Now, right-click on the shortcut, and select Properties.
5: Click on the Shortcut tab.
6:In the Target box, after the program path, type a space and then "You_are_a_real_rascal" exactly how it appears, but without the quotes.
7: Then click on Apply, then OK. Then run the shortcut, and enjoy!

(same as existing egg, but much easier to initiate)
